Deposits are due at time of booking either by Visa or Mastercard or reservation cannot be guaranteed. There is a $300 deposit required to hold all reservations.
There is a $100.00 processing fee for any reservations canceled. The remainder of your deposit will be returned only if or when the cottage is re-booked.
If a reservation is made for a certain number of days and there is an early departure, you will be requested to pay one night or 50% of remaining balance, whichever is greater.
Payment is due upon registration, with no exceptions. We do not accepts personal cheques.
TOWEL EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to conserve energy and for environmental concerns, we have a two-day towel exchange policy in place between 2:00 p.m.. - 7:00 p.m..
All pet owners are asked to clean up inside and outside of your cottage. You will be responsible for any damages your pet may cause. There will be a $50.00 fee charged for any extra clean up of fur. We have pet blankets and an industrial vacuum cleaner available at the office.
The pool is for Blue Crest Cottages paying guest ONLY. Please note the pool closure date will vary after Labor Day.
All cottages are smoke-free. There will be a $50.00 fee if smoke is detected.
CHECK OUT POLICY
Check out is at 10:00 am SHARP. Guests staying passed check out time will be charged for another night stay.
CLIENT REPLACEMENT AND DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Due to replacement costs, you may be asked to reimburse Blue Crest Cottages for the cost of damage to towels and/or any other property.
ALL RATES ARE APPLIED ACCORDING TO CURRENT RATE SHEETS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
Due to the possibility of misquoting by phone or e-mail, Rate Sheet policy is to be refereed to with no exceptions. Rates are subject to changes.
We can not guarantee requests for a specific cottage. We will do our best to accommodate all our guests.
Once reservation is confirmed, prepare to respect Blue Crest Cottages policies
