RESERVATION POLICY
There is a $300 deposit/cottage required to hold all reservations. Deposits are due at the time of booking either by Visa, Mastercard, or E-transfer. Otherwise, reservation cannot be guaranteed. We will send a new confirmation email once we received $300 deposit. The remaining balance should be paid at the time of the check-in date.

CHECK OUT POLICY
Check-out is at 10:00 am SHARP. Guests staying past check-out time will be charged for another night's stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $100.00 processing fee/cottage for any reservations canceled. Please allow 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled check-in date. Less than this period of time will result in charge of The equivalent of one night's stay on your credit card. The remainder of your deposit will be returned only if or when the cottage is re-booked.
Please note:
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
LEAVING EARLY
If a reservation is made for a certain number of days and there is an early departure, you will be requested to pay one night or 50% of the remaining balance, whichever is greater.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due upon registration, with no exceptions. We do not accept personal cheques.
TOWEL EXCHANGE POLICY
To conserve energy and for environmental concerns, we have a two-day towel exchange policy between 2:00 p.m.. - 7:00 p.m.
PETS POLICY
All pet owners are asked to clean up inside and outside their cottages. You will be responsible for any damages your pet may cause. There will be a $50.00 fee charged for any extra cleanup of fur. We have pet blankets and an industrial vacuum cleaner available at the office.
POOL POLICY
The pool is for Blue Crest Cottages paying guests ONLY. Please note the pool closure date will vary after Labor Day.
SMOKING POLICY
All cottages are smoke-free. There will be a $50.00 fee if smoke is detected.
CLIENT REPLACEMENT AND DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Due to replacement costs, you may be asked to reimburse Blue Crest Cottages for the cost of damage to towels and any other property.
ALL RATES ARE APPLIED ACCORDING TO CURRENT RATE SHEETS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
Due to the possibility of misquoting by phone or e-mail, the Rate Sheet policy is to be referred to with no exceptions. Rates are subject to changes.
COTTAGE REQUESTS
We can not guarantee requests for a specific cottage. We will do our best to accommodate all our guests.
Once the reservation is confirmed, prepare to respect Blue Crest Cottages' policies
This is a room booking confirmation summary only. The fee is charged by the accommodation operator based on their set reservation and cancellation policy.
Complete your reservation to receive an email confirmation of booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the operator directly to confirm the reservation.
